We're here to help not only students grow and develop, but also current professionals and people new to our field. Scholarship Opportunities

 

As a non-profit, MARS aims to give back profits from any events to students in the form of scholarships. These scholarships help to defer students costs to attend regional and national conferences as well as travel costs to officiate national tournaments.

Campus Visits

 

Whether you're a student looking into colleges, or a professional who would just like to see how the other half lives, visiting other campuses recreation facilities can be a very rewarding experience. You'll learn not just about the physical building, but you'll have the opportunity to ask questions about how exactly they run their program.

Resume Critiques

 

Resumes...ask 100 people and you'll get 100 different tips on how to make YOURS the best. While we may not be able to guarantee you'll land the job, if you submit your resume to us you'll be paired with a MARS professional who will offer you feedback about your resume from the eyes of a current recreation professional.

Mock Interviews

 

So your resume was good enough to land you an interview huh? Well now comes the hard part. Acing an interview is a mix of art and science and our MARS volunteers want to help get your ready for that next important recreation interview.
